Tahini lime paste

This is a quick introduction to today’s recipe. I made this sauce/paste on a whim as I was cooking meat, which I didn’t want to serve with the usual (French) condiment: Dijon mustard. I do love Dijon mustard, and I’ve been known to eat it by the spoonful, but this time around I wanted to try something different.

This paste is very versatile: it works great with meat, but I’m sure you can also have it in a turkey sandwich, or with fish, or on toast for breakfast, or as a snack when you only have your finger. Those are just ideas, but they would all work perfectly, I’m sure.
